My own fitness journey started five years ago, when I lost 50kg through self-coaching. That transformation not only changed my body, but also ignited a deep passion for fitness and a calling to help others achieve their goals.

For me, fitness goes far beyond aesthetics. It’s about building confidence, improving your quality of life, and discovering what your body is truly capable of.

My approach combines structured training with a holistic focus on strength, endurance, flexibility, and mindset — because real transformation comes from balance, not quick fixes.
